Fourteen unique sweaters with British signing out at auction.
The Save the Children, the organization that strives to help children in need worldwide, began yesterday an auction of fourteen unique sweater in partnership with the British Fashion Council and famous British designers. Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood, Burberry, Anya Hindmarch, David Koma, Paul Smith, Giles Deacon, House of Holland, Jonathan Saunders, Matthew Williamson, Peter Pilotto, Mary Katrantzou and Sibling created each a unique sweater that went under the hammer at an auction through messages that will last until December 30.
Only in this auction winner will be the one who will put the lowest unique stake and not the highest, so everyone has the chance to win regardless of the budget they have. Each sweater was knit by hand by the British company, Wool and the Gang, and every message sent for this auction the ”Save the Children” organization will receive 84 pennies.
