Naomi Campbell Reacts to Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Vogue Cover

Untitled #963
Naomi Campbell was invited to a morning show in Australia and when she was asked to comment on the cover of Vogue of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West hwe reaction was priceless.
Campbell initially replied: “I do not want to comment.”
and immediately breaks into laughter! Even when the reporter asked why she doesn’t want to comment on the fact she replied:
“Because I’m a fashion model and I’ve been working for 28 years.
“And when you get a Vogue cover it’s a build in your career… it’s a stepping stone to achieve that. And I’m a fashion model, so what more can I say?
The presenters then asked Campbell whether she was suggesting that Kardashian and West had not earned the right to feature on the cover of the publication, which is edited by Anna Wintour.

“Those are your words,” Campbell replied. “I’m being politically correct. That’s Anna Wintour’s choice to put them on the cover of her magazine. Who’s to question it?”

When Anna Wintour shocked the fashion world…

May TV critics have not ever accepted her, may the various reality shows in which they appear for years on American television have often classified as junk, but she never be cowed, managing in the end to make her dream a reality.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finally managed to find themselves on the cover of Vogue and in fact together. In a pre-wedding photo shoot from the magical lens of Annie Leibovitz, for the issue of April 2014. The bride posing wearing a strapless Lanvin wedding gown and a diamond ring.

The American Vogue, influential worldwide on the fashion issues with the gritty boss Anna Wintour hosts in April as a cover story a reality star persona only known from a reality show, a sex tape and a tiny short marriage. Of course since the news went online in the social media
aroused a storm of reactions.

Whether in a such pestigious magazine throught the years to host a women that her profession is to sell her life on Tv..

What does the director of Vogue says for the cover with Kim Kardashian?

Once it became known that Kim Kardashian will be photographed, eventually, for the cover of Vogue, the social media ignited with good but also bad comments on the decision of Anna Wintour to succumb to the influence of the reality star. As expected, the Iron Lady of Fashion make an announcement  on the controversial decision.

“Part of the pleasure of editing Vogue, one that lies in a long tradition of this magazine, is being able to feature those who define the culture at any given moment, who stir things up, whose presence in the world shapes the way it looks and influences the way we see it. I think we can all agree on the fact that that role is currently being played by Kim and Kanye to a T. (Or perhaps that should be to a K?)”

“As for the cover, my opinion is that it is both charming and touching, and it was, I should add, entirely our idea to do it; you may have read that Kanye begged me to put his fiancee on Vogue’s cover. He did nothing of the sort,” she explained. “The gossip might make better reading, but the simple fact of the matter is that it isn’t true.”

Karlie Kloss: Inside the luxury house of the famous model

Undoubtedly Karlie Kloss is one of the most successful models. Within a short time has managed to become the favorite muse of many famous brands and walk on most catwalks. The beautiful model, therefore, was photographed for American Vogue and showed us the luxury house in  West Village. Nate Berkus  has curated the decoration and Karlie was entirely satisfied.

As indicated she loves mix & match aesthetic. She likes to wear the expensive Saint Laurent blazer and associating it with the H & M T-shirt. Just so did with the house. Invested in expensive items, but did not hesitate to add to the décor also affordable stuff.

Anna Wintour Sat Second Row at Valentino Fall 2014 Show

Untitled #885
A front row seat during Paris Fashion Week (or any fashion week for that matter) is usually considered to be a pretty big deal, especially at the shows of big name designers. From the Parisian fashion week she could  not be absent Anna Wintour, the editor in Chief of the American Vogue that may deify or leave in oblivion a house in the pages of American fashion books. Could not therefore be missing out from the presentation of the new Valentino collection, where we expected to see her sitting in the front row along with the creative director of Vogue Grace Coddington.
It did not happen, though, exactly like that. The Anna attended the show but sat in the second row behind Amy Astley of Teen Vogue and immediately the news went round the twitter.
Wintour gave more space in the front row to Sarah Mower, who attended the show on behalf of Vogue.com. In the second row also sat the European editor-at-large of the American Vogue Hamish Bowles, who is usually found only in front row. It lays down to no debate. Anna is a real queen.

The Rihanna Effect

“I never wanted to be famous. I just wanted my music to be heard all over the world.”

Third time’s a charm! A smiling Rihanna covers Vogue‘s March 2014 issue for her third time ever gracing the front of fashion’s Bible.

Photographed by Sporting a pixie cut, the singer wears a Louis Vuitton Spring 2014 beaded sheer top and embellished jeans on the cover, with the rest of her editorial seeing her wearing a selection of Spring 2014 looks from Saint Laurent, Givenchy, Alexander Wang, Rodarte, Alexander McQueen, Miu Miu, Versace, Maison Martin Margiela and Calvin Klein, for which she dons a white wig.

Rihanna’s a hit-maker for the masses and the designers

The Rihanna Effect was all over the spring collections. Peter Dundas for Pucci showed leather boxer shorts worn with jeweled jackets, and adorned his red-carpet frocks with beaded black harnesses. Balmain’s Olivier Rousteing, who has Rihanna starring in his spring ad campaign, showed what amounted to an entire Rihanna wardrobe on his runway: baseball jackets worn with sheer tops and skinny houndstooth pants; eighties-inspired denim minidresses cinched at the waist. Tom Ford’s bejeweled teeny-tiny dresses and thigh-high gladiator sandals said Rihanna loud and clear.
